VOLCANO

I try to melt sun’s rays
and scribble on the moon
till they feign innocence…
I try to gilt starry edges
and tilt mountain ridges
they merely lap up their portly presence…
I try to bend the bridges
and rotate the roaming rivers
they are hardly beguiled by my nuisance…
I try to roast the sand dunes
there is no dredge in their silty tunes
I try to disturb the migrating birds tending to trees
they wave me off like a casual breeze…
I try to burn the clouds with shrouded fires
They grin at the jest of my wistful desires…

Then why, Why my dearest love,
And HOW , do let me know
for a casual rub on the wrong side of your mood
You hiss like a snake and erupt like a volcano!
