My Eastern Kalimantan house is good enough for me,
But there’s a town my memory appears-
A town that always like a family appears.
And always in the sunrise by the sea of Larea-rea.
And over it, somehow, there seems to be
A downward flash of something new and fierce,
That ever strives to clear, but never clears
The dimness of a charmed antiquity.
That’s my hometown.I’ve been for 3 years far away from it and always longing for it. My parents,my younger brother and sister have lived there. The lines above take me on a drive, down the memory lane!
