The white washed ceiling stares still
At her loneliness, her mute sufferings
The alienated bedspread crinkles blue
Sensing her insomniac encircled self
Locked, suppressed, oppressed long
Around the four-cornered stony walls
Of life’s dejection and despondency…!

Her impassioned vision with the hope
Flickers inside the gloomy solitude
Exuberance of feelings writhes to see
All the beauty of the joyous world,
Her soul’s reflection in water crystal
Cascading in someone’s heart’s spring….

With someone’s absence in proximity,
Her intimacy gropes a friendly pillar….
Love cries in cuddled tears of darkness
To transcend a barrier, age long taboo
For her freedom and salvation forever….

Joy seems flaring lifting flooded light,
Yet it does flicker and diminishes down
Scattered in her closet of tragic life
She writhes locked, shattered to pieces
Her beauty, long unrevealed and unseen
Yet realized by love treasured in bosoms
In throbs with incessant thuds inside…!
