Zebra

Zebra

My God, it is a wonder to see
The zebra,
The zebra,
Horse-like
But with stripes,
Black and white stripes,
The zebra standing,
Lying on the ground,
The horse
But with the stripes,
Black and white stripes
Making them freckled and spotted,
Printed and coloured
And designed
As the cheetah is but differently
And it is a beauty to see
The wonder in colours,
Mystery of stripes,
The beauty of design and colours
The zebra,
The zebra
Of the horse family.

It is a marvel,
Really a marvel to see,
See the black and white coats,
Stripes of coats,
The colour coats,
Coated black and white,
Striped with
Zebra,
The zebra animal
With the black stripes
On the white
The zebra
Lies it standing,
Grazing grass,
Lying on the ground
With the printed,
Striped design in colour,
Striped and bordered.

It is a beauty,
A beauty to see
The zebra,
The zebra of the horse breed,
The animal
So colourful and striped,
So designed and coloured
But in stripes,
The zebra,
Zebra
So fanciful and romantic
And dreamy
In colour combination
And artistic printed and striped design.

Black Money, White Money, The Cruel Joke of Today

Black money, white money,
White black, black white
Now-a-days engaging us most,
But only one thing know we not,
Who is but black
And who white?

Only the country joker left with
The bundles of Rs. 500 and 1000 denominations
Repenting with the head on the palm
As for having not deposited
In his name
And that too procured from
From a well-wisher after the expiry.

Black money, white money,
White money, black money,
This the talk of today,
People in the city talking about,
In the country talking about,
Who has but what
With the head on the palm?

Those who have not are joking,
Those who have are repenting,
What to be done with,
How to line up and queue,
All feeling cashless,
The banks and the ATMs too
Without plenty of money?

Wherever go you they are talking,
They are talking,
Black money, white money,
White money, black money,
Black money, white money,
White money, black money,
They rhyming it well and misspelling too.

Who has what, who has what,
Who has what, if in excess give us,
Give us, your black money,
We shall turn them into white,
White, but throw you not
Your black, black money,
Saying and joking and smiling bitingly?

Do Not Call Her A Call Girl She Is After All A Female Being Full of The Milk of Human Kindness

Do Not Call Her A Call Girl She Is After All A Female Being Full of The Milk of Human Kindness

Do not call,
Do not call her
A call, call girl
As it pains my heart,
My heart to hear it
And before calling her,
Think, think you
What to say to,
Say to and call her
As she is not,
Not a call girl,
But a being,
A human being,
A self, a female and feminine self,
A daughter,
A dark daughter of someone,
A misled devadasi
By palmists, fortune-tellers, priests,
Soothsayers, oracle-makers and florists
And middlemen,
Call, call her not a call girl
A girl trafficked,
Drawn into,
Misled and left,
A girl innocent and ignorant
Robbed off and betrayed,
Cheated and deceived,
Dodged and swindled.

She is not Patita, Patita,
But Punita, Punita,
Not Patita,
But Punita,
Gentleman, try to purge,
Purge yourself
Before say you,
Say you that,
Your heart and soul
Before tell,
Tell you that
She is not Patita, Patita,
But Punita,
Punita,
A girl cheated
On the way of life,
Digressing and deviating from
And misled
And left
On the path of life
From where it is not easy
To be back.

An innocent girl
We induced her,
Misled and misdirected her
With the temptation
And selfishness
Of our own,
An innocent and ignorant girl
Lured into,
Trapped
And cheated
In the middle,
She not a prostitute,
A whore
Or a harlot,
A courtesan,
A night girl,
A party woman,
A gang girl.

She is nor
A baby doll,
Chic,
A mannequin,
A glass woman,
A puppet,
She is a woman,
Woman,
A woman
Full of sympathy and affection,
Love and feeling,
A feminine self
Full of the milk
Of kindness,
A mother,
A sister,
A wife,
A daughter.

Happy, Happy New Year To You, Happy, Happy New Year to You! (On The Eve of The New Year)/ Wish You A Happy, Happy New Year To You, A Happy 2017!

Happy, Happy New Year To You, Happy, Happy New Year to You! (On The Eve of The New Year)/ Wish You A Happy, Happy New Year To You, A Happy 2017!

Happy, happy new year to you,
Happy, happy new year to you,
Happy, happy new year
To you
And the people revelling,
Gossiping, chatting warmly,
Hand-shaking,
Greeting each other,
Hugging, embracing,
Singing, singing and dancing,
Dancing and singing,
Flanking each other,
Shoulder over shoulder,
Dance, dance you
But not with daru,
The bottle of daru,
Gulping and welcoming it!

The new year has not come,
Has not, but about to
Come, the clock hand showing,
The electronic watch indicating,
Impressing, touching
The twelve
And with the touch of,
Crackers bursting,
Sparkling,
People shouting,
Dancing and greeting
And revelling,
Happy, happy new year to you,
The same to you!
Let the new, new year bring, bring you,
You lots of happiness,
Let, let the new year
Lots, lots of happiness and joys,
Joys to you and your family,
My best wishes,
Wishes for you and your family,
Dance, dance you,
Revel, revel you, but end you not yourselves
In the joy of greeting and revelling,
Daru mat pina, bhaiyya,
Daru pi ke barbad naa kar lena, mere dost.

On the eve of the new year,
Drink you, drink you not as thus
That you will end yourself,
Will fail to see a new morning
Dawning upon, my friend,
Daru mat pina, bhaiyya,
Daru pi ke barbad naa kar lena, mere dost,
Do not take daru, big brother,
Having drunk too much destroy you not
Yourself, my friend,
On the eve of the new year,
Happy, happy new year,
New year to you,
But never, never turn it,
Turn it into a drunkards’ party,
Never, never into,
Into bootleggers, drug peddlers
And woman traffickers’ party!

Keep The Faith!

Keep The Faith!

When the sun is down,
When there is darkness all around,
When everything seems to fade,
Just walk my friend & keep the faith!

It’s not an easy thing to do,
As it would take a lot of courage from you
While quitting may seem the only solution;
All your hopes & dreams may seem delusional,
There would still be light down the road,
Tomorrow my friend will bring new hope!

It will last longer if you make it so
To cut it short you just have to grow!
There are still undiscovered paths,
Awaiting your walk
A bag full of challenges,
Knocking at your door
You choose to hang on or to let go!

Whatever you choose it gotta be your best;
Because at the end you’re answerable only to yourself!
So don’t let it get the better of you,
Work hard and just stay true!

Times will change and so would you
But its all in the process of becoming YOU!
